BBSA rules and notices:

– WASH YOUR DISHES! ($20 fine)
– NO SPEAKERS AND NO GUESTS ALLOWED AFTER 10PM
– KITCHEN IS ONLY FOR RESIDENTS

RENT:
Rent must be paid two weeks in advance.
We accept cash, credit card or bank transfer.

LINEN (sheets and pillow case):
Changing every 2nd Thursday during office hours.
Please bring your dirty linen to the office and take clean ones.

EARLY DEPARTURES:
Two weeks notice (short term) and four weeks (long term)

KEYS:
Lost keys will incur $50 charge.
